Did the end times already happen in the first century? Did Jesus already return?

Re: The End Times in the First Century?
This is a lot to digest. The possibility of being in the little season has never occurred to me. I’ve always read Revelations through a certain lens. I’m no scholar but this view is eye opening and makes more sense. It’s almost like the scales have fallen off my eyes. Still digesting….
What resources would you recommend to explore end times occurring in the first century?

It is a lot to digest. I've been working through all this for many months and it's so much to consider. But re: the scales falling from your eyes. That's how it has felt to me. David and I were discussing some of this stuff this morning and we both said that once you see it, you can't unsee it. It becomes so obvious that you wonder how you ever missed it. The book of Revelation now makes sense to me. I can't fully exposit it, but it now makes sense to me how it fits into all of the Bible and what the purpose of it is.
The idea of being in the short season is what initially got me to look into different views of the end times. The "Left Behind" view has never made sense to me so it wasn't difficult for me to move beyond that. But digging into the truth about present-day Israel due to the Q stuff really made me step back to look at all of it.
I still don't have it figured out. It's like layers of an onion. I don't think we are in the short season the way that many of its advocates push for it, but I'm thankful for that idea being out there because it made me start shifting my paradigm. The preterist view makes a lot more sense overall. They have their own interpretation of the little season and what that means.
I just posted this video in the forum that is about dating Revelation. It's very interesting. I'm watching the next one in the series today.

I hope that helps. I keep adding things to this forum that I find helpful for anyone else who is questioning the predominant narrative.
