Permissions?

I am trying to figure out the Permissions settings for the various forums.

Are you able to start new topics? I thought I had set that up correctly, but maybe I didn't.

There should be a button with red letters that says "New Topic" at the end of each list of topics in each forum.

Never mind. The theme/style I chose to change to has an unsolvable problem so I need to pick something else.

I believe this is fixed with the theme/style we chose.

Do let me know if you have any trouble posting new topics, leaving posts, etc.
